Mom Erin Gutierrez started Cottonseed clothing because she was so tired of trying to find awesome quality solid shirts to match with hand-me-down patterned bottoms. Her shirts, onesies, even pants come in 24 colors.
I also really like the solids from Rattled (shown) which offers similar styles in gorgeous bright colors, all of which are 100% organic cotton.
You'll also find an amazing selection of more stylized picks, but still mostly solid colors, at CMP fave Kate Quinn Organics. From amazing organic cotton dresses to coats and hoodies, you'll find a whole variety of bold and very lovely muted solids.
And don't for get to check out Swedish children's clothing company Polarn O. Pyret (who also happens to be giving away some nice gift certificates to a few of our newsletter subscribers at the end of the month). While they are best known for their playful prints and patterns, they've got a pretty decent selection of solid clothing as well. -Kristen
