I've had a heart for the adorably luxe baby clothes from LA's PAIGELAUREN baby since I found them earlier this year. The sweet pastels and softer than soft cottons are exactly the kind of shower gift that steals the stage. But now I'm excited to see the label branching out a bit with a new summer collection.
The trademark dreamy pastels are giving way to brighter neutrals in their summer collection of baby clothes, with names like kelp, midstream and sol - that's green, bright blue, and lemon yellow for us English speakers.
Everything from the bodysuits and rompers to the sweet little baby cap really is exquisitely made, and the level of detail (and oh lord, that soft, soft supima cotton) definitely highlights the difference between this stuff and the mass-produced. Not that I could afford to give my pregnant friends an entire baby wardrobe of PAIGELAUREN baby. But a few special pieces in the bureaus really can make a mama giddy. -Liz
