Modern baby blankets - I'll take one of each, please

When giving a gift to an expecting mother, I prefer finding something that's of very good quality, a reasonable price point and aesthetically pretty--but practical at the same time. Fortunately, those three thing are becoming easier to find all together. Especially at this amazing new shop. My first response when seeing Little Hip Squeaks (update: they are now called June & January) was pure excitement. This new Etsy shop has the cutest products all made from soft organic jersey in a variety of patterns and colors from vivid chevrons to owls to marching elephants. Owner Amy Richardson designs all of the fabrics herself. Also everything from her fabric to her packaging is USA made and purchased from independent retailers. From baby blankets and burp cloths to baby hats and bibs, it's a fantastic stop on the web when you want something that's gorgeously out of the ordinary.
