I always love finding and sharing European brands for kids that we don't see so regularly around our parts, but mostly, they're actually in Europe. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you know, shipping. Well it turns out a French expat maman in LA was missing the beautiful things from her homeland too, and brought them here in one lovely little kids' boutique called Tiny Frenchy.

The baby accessories, gear, and kids' room decor only come from independent French designers, many of whom are moms themselves. In other words, think Cool French Mom Picks and you get the idea. Plus I love that they're all handmade in France.

Pink or blue constellation decals by Art for Kids ($30) I love this huge array of constellation decals for right over a bed, or to bring a little magic to a reading nook in a child's room. Soft cloud or star music box by Mellipou ($55) Forget Brahms; there's a selection of these, playing tunes like Sunday Morning by Velvet Underground, Get Lucky by Daft Punk, and Yann Teirsen's theme to the movie Amélie. Awesome. Baby hooded Liberty print bath towels from Barnabé Aime le Café ($50) Wow, what a fantastic baby gift for parents with high end taste. Every color combo is stunning. Balloon rabbit wall decals by Shinzi Katoh ($38) I love Shinzi Katoh's wonderful work (my kids have had a few Katoh bento boxes for years now) and this wall decal is so adorable for a boy's or girl's room. Set of pink and gold cloud wall decals by Pöm ($20) This set of 48 vinyl decals brings new life to a blank wall and they are easily repositionable. Small musical animal pillows by Barnabé Aime le Café ($55) Each one plays a different song, including Hey Jude, Yellow Submarine, and La Vie en Rose Decorative wooden "Paris Mushrooms" by Briki Vroom Vroom ($32) Just add some cute miniature hand-knit waldorf gnome or fairy. Sweet! Tiny Frenchy has a somewhat limited selection right now, with a focus on wall art and decals, plush decor, and baby blankets, but I could easily find a perfect baby gift here for so many parents I know.
