One that's new to me is Box of Style curated by Rachel Zoe. I think she happens to have great taste (I miss her shoe picks on Piperlime) but I wasn't sure how she was going to pick out items that would suit all kinds of women, but I think she nailed it.

Looking at the past few quarterly boxes, I could totally see how a longer subscription could even be a really indulgent gift for a woman on your (very) nice list.
