May I recommend some of my favorites? My 8-year-old swears by his inflatable Bubble Bum backless booster seat, which he says is so comfortable. My 3-year-old has been happy from day one in her Evenflo Symphony convertible car seat (above). And I don't leave home without my gb Pockit stroller, which folds down small enough to fit in your tote bag (literally).
Target's program launches on Earth Day (coincidence? I think not!). The thing is, it's tough to find places that will take your car seat for recycling, and it's a shame to send them to landfills. Target, instead, is sending these seats to Waste Management, who will deconstruct them and use all the parts for new, recycled products like shopping carts and plastic buckets.
Which is just a not-so-little thing to make the world a slightly better place for that baby of yours.
Take your used car seat to most any Target store April 22 to May 5 for a 20% off coupon toward the purchase of a new car seat, booster seat, or more.
