Take it from a mom with small children, practical gifts are VERY much appreciated. Especially if they're as sweet as this heart-shaped silicone bowl by Chicco with the all-important suction base that makes clean-up for mom so much easier. It's really a gift for her too.
Note that Chicco is currently the sponsor of our 2021 Best Baby Gifts Guide but we just happened to like this cute bowl.

You can never own too many swaddles; we use ours as breastfeeding covers, spit-up towels, and impromptu shade for hot days. This heart print baby swaddle from The Tot looks especially luxurious in a soft, organic cotton. And hey, maybe if the baby gets a little extra sleep in that swaddle, you might have a more traditional Valentine's Day after all. But probably not.
